PRO R 5IVE STANDARD LIP 15" (SET)
5IVE was designed to be an old-school, modernized, classic 5-spoke buggy wheel with a raised main edge, 2-layer outer pockets, and as much hardware as we could throw at it. The goal was to un-simplify the buggy wheel world while paying respects to the prevalent and iconic 5-spoke wheel we all love.
The wheel face centers are CNC machined from 6061-T6 forged American aluminum. The assembly bolts are high-grade plated with 12 finish options. The rims are custom-spec spun in the USA using American forged aluminum and spun to the specifications of our recommended widths and offsets. The rim halves are machine welded for strength and checked to ensure proper run-out specs. Our beadlock rings are spun as well, followed by a machining operation to ensure a proper mating surface for the hardware and to add our subtle, signature ring pockets. Each wheel is hand assembled, wrapped and packaged at our facility in Mesa, Arizona. Lead times vary by complexity of build, but we aim for 1-2 week build time. Typically, during Sand Season prep, our lead times vary from 1-3 weeks. We are constantly working to improve efficiency in our manufacturing processes. Every wheel set is built-to-order.
We torque all Bead Lock bolts to 18ft-lbs and all Face bolts to 22ft-lbs and recommend re-checking torque often.
We work closely with Sand Tires Unlimited, Sandcraft and Rogue Sand Tires. We stock almost every Sand Tires Unlimited combination in both play cut, and comp-cut options for UTVs.
