We torque all Bead Lock bolts to 18ft-lbs and all Face bolts to 22ft-lbs and recommend re-checking torque often.

Lead times vary by complexity of build, but we aim for 1-2 week build time. Typically, during Sand Season prep, our lead times vary from 1-3 weeks. We are constantly working to improve efficiency in our manufacturing processes. Every wheel set is built-to-order.

Yes, we work closely with Sand Tires Unlimited, Sandcraft and Rogue Sand Tires. We stock almost every Sand Tires Unlimited combination in both play cut, and comp-cut options for UTVs. If you need assistance in selecting the right paddle tire for your car, power level, and driving style, we would love to help.

Comp-cutting tires typically only applies to quality, molded tires like Sand Tires Unlimited (Not buffed tires). Comp-cutting involves cutting as much extra material off a tire as possible. This typically saves 7-9lbs per tire (depending on the tire). It is very common for cars that are trying to achieve maximum performance. The negatives: Comp-cut tires will leak. There is no way to estimate how soon, or how much they will leak but they will leak. If airing up daily is not for you, we highly recommend not opting for a comp-cut tire. Comp-cut tires are also much more prone to punctures due to the carcass being thin. Ask about our tire sealant.
